Fake Load was shot into his mouth...u can hear he's got something already in his mouth when he says he's ready to swallow the load. Also the was an edit in the film right before he puts his mouth onto the head of that dick...still living the fantasy cuz they probably were swallowing each other's loads throughout the entire scene
