Bishop Angus is a very busy man between his church duties, his family requirements and his time leadinga scout troop. But he knows all the boys in his troop and when he heard Mark's parents had split up and his father moved far away, he knew the boy would be ready for some extra time with a father figure. Angus just knows his boys and he always knows when the time is right to show a boy some much needed extra afffection.
