Ren isn't getting along with his father so he asks and gets eprmission to go and spend a couple of weeks with his 's brother. Uncle Jeff lives alone in the country and Ren's always thought he was the most fun guy in his whole family. This is the first time Ren's gotten to spend a weekend there without at least one of his parents since he hit puberty almost a year ago. He's excited about it in a way he doesn't completely understand.
