Kostya's uncle told him there is something different in store for him. After school he takes him downtown to a doctor's office. He tells the boy he is to do whatever he is instructed to do with no exceptions. Kostya is very nervous when he is told to get completely naked and a doctor comes intot he room. Kostya has gotten used to being naked with other boys and with his uncle bnut he has never been naked around other grown men. He is frightened as the doctor touches his body and exposes him completely. He is really embarrassed when the doctor instructs him to spread his legs and then begins to do things to his private boyhole. But Kostya remembers his uncle's instructions and does exactly as he is told. Kostya likes living in the city and really doesn't want to go home to live with his mother again in that shithole. Uncle Josef knows the boy feels that way and will use him as he pleases.
