When the baseball team is traveling, it's a problem because there's an odd number of guys on the team. Coach can't assign more than 2 boys to a room and he can't have a team member in a room alone. So he started assigning one boy to be his own roommate. At first the lack of privacy bothered him as he like talking to his wife on the phone and beating his meat. Since he assigned Buddy to share his room, the problem is solved.
