A special agent called Chris finally gets to capture a dangerous criminal, but the criminal was clever and turns the tables to the unlucky agent. Now that's he's all tied up and gagged, nothing stops the pervert to have some fun with Chris' well trained body and to torment him. That would teach him a lesson.
